Wells Fargo Continues to Give Back

We have been working with Wells Fargo and their awesome volunteers this summer to complete several home repair projects. We were thrilled to partner with them again in July on two projects.  Volunteers provided the finishing touches at the home of a Maplewood couple on July 1st.  Volunteers also came together on July 12th to help long-time Frogtown residents stay in the home they have lived in for more than 60 years. The volunteers worked hard all day to install a new kitchen floor, repair a ramp, refurbish basement stairs, install a shower door, and paint to help brighten the place up. Both of these families are looking forward to being safer and more comfortable in their home for many years to come.  Thanks to Wells Fargo for continuing to partner with us to help homeowners in need in our community!

Charter Communications Assists St. Cloud Homeowner

On July 16th, we partnered with the St. Cloud Division of Charter Communications to repair Linda’s home in Waite Park. Linda is a single mother raising two twelve-year-old sons. Because of the disability she developed, Linda was forced to give up the job she loved as a daycare provider. Along with her disability, her son Kristopher has Tourette Syndrome, and her son Jonathan has learning disabilities.

Volunteers from Charter Communications spent the day installing new flooring and painting walls.  In addition, with financial support provided by Charter, we will repair plumbing and windows in the home later this month. Linda was amazed and extremely thankful for all of the work the volunteers completed.  The improvements made to the family’s home by volunteers will give Linda a safe and healthy home to raise her two children. Thank you Charter Communications!
