Construction Coordinator:
Safe at Home

 

Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $38,000 – $44,000
Working Location: In person, Minneapolis office

The Construction Coordinator will perform Aging-in Place and home modification and repairs, post-work evaluations to ensure work is complete and well done and coordinate any follow-up work needed. The Construction Coordinator will work as part of our team to increase our capacity, efficiency and quality of services, and report to the Senior Program Manager. The Accessibility Program provides modifications to a client’s home through the use of volunteers and subcontractors. This position is a great opportunity for someone who likes every day to be different seeks experience in nonprofit program coordination. The AmeriCorps Program Coordinator meets with clients, activates community volunteers, works with subcontractors from bid process through completed contract, organizes logistics, oversees rebuilding projects, collects data and compiles program reports.
