Homeowner Highlight

We recently installed a stair lift for Kathy in Bloomington.  Kathy is a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair and had not been downstairs in a year and a half because she cannot go down the stairs in her home.  After Kathy reached out to us for help, our Ramp Program Manager, Ryan, went out to her home to look at her stairs and started exploring options for funding the stair lift.  We were thrilled to be able to complete this project for Kathy, who is very grateful for the help.

Kathy wrote us a thank you note and said, “I can’t tell you how grateful I am for everyone who came together to make this happen.  It’s a really nice chair and I will use it a lot for many years!! I truly appreciate everyone involved, especially Ryan who always had a great attitude and a smile on his face. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Truly a blessing!!”
