Big Thanks to Wells Fargo!

We would like to send a special thank you to Wells Fargo, who has provided both funding and volunteers for many years! Since 2009, Wells Fargo has donated more than $790,000 to support our vision of ensuring that everyone in our community has a safe and healthy home.

This year, Wells Fargo provided us with a grant for $80,000 to assist nine low-income homeowners in the Twin Cities and Southwest Minnesota. Thank you!

Russell Richards Joins our Team

Please join us as we welcome Russell Richards as our Construction Coordinator! Russell has extensive carpentry and management experience. He served as an Army Ranger for six years, and was awarded the distinguished Purple Heart medal twice during his service. He also holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Saginaw Valley State University. Russell is an avid backpacker and hiker across the great state of Minnesota. He is also a big fan of the Chicago Bears football team, and he and his wife attend a game once a year. Russell is an overall outdoorsman who has four animal rescues for local nonprofit shelters.

In his position, Russell will work with our Construction Coordinator to plan and oversee projects in the field, including previewing projects, developing the scopes of work, determining volunteer and contracted labor needs, supervising volunteers, performing repairs and accessibility modifications, and working to ensure that projects are completed within budget and time constraints. We are thrilled to welcome Russell to the team!

We Are Thankful for YOU!

We are more grateful than ever for your support of our work to ensure that everyone in our community has a safe and healthy place to call home.
