Wayzata Community Church Helps People Remain Safely in their Homes

We are grateful for the support of the Wayzata Community Church, who awarded us a grant for our Safe at Home Program!  This program provides safety and fall prevention modifications and ramps for older adults or those living with a disability so that they can continue to live safely and independently in their own homes. Typical tasks completed at a home include installing grab bars, wheelchair-accessible ramp or elongated stairs, handrails, handheld shower units, shower seats, no-slip bath treads and more. Often, the homeowners we help through these programs are faced with the prospect of losing their independence as the result of needing home safety or fall prevention modifications that they cannot afford.  Thank you to Wayzata Community Church for helping those in need remain safely in their own homes!
