Repair Program
Providing repairs for manufactured homes.
The Manufactured Homes Critical Repair Program is a suburban Ramsey
County program that provides up to $5,000 of eligible health, safety, and code repairs to owners of manufactured homes who have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19. Funds for this program are sourced by Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funding through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Potential eligible critical home repair activities include health, safety and
code repairs that have not been completed because of COVID-19 impacts. Items such as electrical, plumbing, pre-weatherization/weatherization, energy efficiency, interior/exterior work and in some cases some appliance replacements may qualify.
To qualify for Manufactured Homes Critical
Repair assistance:
- Must be an owner-occupied manufactured home.
- Applicant must reside in one of the following Ramsey County cities: Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Gem Lake, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Maplewood, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, North Saint Paul, Saint Anthony (partial), Roseville, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Township, White Bear Lake.
- Must be low-income as defined by 80% of Area Median Income or below (click here for guidelines).
- Must attest to hardship including loss of income, loss of employment or other hardship because of COVID-19.
