Thank You for Making our Flannel Fling a Success!

We are very grateful to everyone who joined us for our Virtual Flannel Fling last Thursday!  Together, we exceeded our goal and raised more than $60,000 that will support our work to ensure that everyone in our community has a safe and healthy place to call home!

Join our Team!

Join our team and serve a year as an AmeriCorps CapacityCorps member!  Rebuilding Together CapacityCorps is a National Direct AmeriCorps program with AmeriCorps members serving 11 months at Rebuilding Together affiliates around the country. Members help improve the lives of their neighbors in need through hands-on home repairs and community outreach, while earning a living stipend and an education award to help with educational expenses.

We are hiring an AmeriCorps Program Coordinator, and you can view the full position description here.

Members will earn a stipend of $15,000 and an Education Award of $6,195 upon completion of the term. The term starts on January 11, 2021 and ends December 3, 2021.

Deadline Extended for SBA Filings

The SBA has extended the deadline for businesses of all sizes, private nonprofit organizations, homeowners and renters to apply for a physical disaster loan to November 2nd. Anyone in the declared counties in Minnesota with damages caused by the civil unrest that occurred from May 27, 2020 through June 8, 2020 should apply for SBA low-interest disaster loans.

The declaration covers Hennepin County and the adjacent counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne and Wright in Minnesota.
