Construction Site Lead – Volunteer Projects
Role: 1099 Contractor
Compensation: $400 Stipend per project; average 18 hours per project
Hours: Generally 8-6, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Description: Provide on-site support and management of volunteers at co-managed construction sites for volunteer partners. Support successful completion of the scope of work in collaboration with staff, preparing
supplies, and documentation in line with best practices. This role serves as a liaison between our site partners,
volunteers, corporate contacts, and staff. Note that this role is a 1099 contractor position, with plans to hire up
to 4 people.Â

Southwest Minnesota Project Manager
Role: Full Time, Salaried
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000
Hours: Generally 8-5, Monday – Friday with occasional evenings and weekends
Description: This role oversees the delivery of high-quality repair services for low-income homeowners in Southwest Minnesota. This role may also provide limited support for other regions served. The Project Manager must be professional, detail-oriented, and self-directed. Reporting to the Program Director, this role will work in close collaboration with the Southwest Minnesota Community Outreach Manager, staff, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to effectively deliver these services. Please note, this role will be located in Southwest Minnesota.
