Southwest Minnesota Project Manager

Hours:
Generally 8-5, Monday – Friday with occasional evenings and weekends

Description: This role oversees the delivery of high-quality repair services for low-income homeowners in Southwest Minnesota. This role may also provide limited support for other regions served. The Project Manager must be professional, detail-oriented, and self-directed. Reporting to the Program Director, this role will work in close collaboration with the Southwest Minnesota Community Outreach Manager, staff, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to effectively deliver these services. Please note, this role will be located in Southwest Minnesota.

Southwest Minnesota Community Outreach Manager

Role: Full Time, Salaried

$55,000 – $60,000

Description: This role maintains existing connections, and develop a pipeline of new connections, including community partners, donors, sponsors and applicants in Southwest Minnesota. This role will work in close collaboration with the Southwest Minnesota Project Manager, the Development Director, and will report directly to the Executive Director as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Please note, this role will be located in Southwest Minnesota.

Communications Associate

Role: Part Time
Compensation:
$20/hr.
Hours:
Generally within the hours of 8-5, Monday – Friday. Schedule will be developed in collaboration with the candidate.

Description: This role supports our mission by providing communications support and direct community engagement. Reporting to the Development Director, the Communications Associate is responsible for supporting the marketing and communications strategy for the organization as well as direct communications and engagement with donors, partners, and the
general public. Candidates must live in the Twin Cities Metro Area. The role will be a hybrid of home office and access to co-working space near University Avenue & 280.
