This month, we completed our second community beautification project in partnership with Wells Fargo’s LIFT program! On October 10th, we partnered with volunteers from Wells Fargo to improve Lincoln Park in North Minneapolis. The team worked on a new drainage system, painting playground equipment and cleaning up trash. These are the first steps towards the goal of making this black top park a place where the community can gather. Check out this article from KTSP about this project. Thank you to Wells Fargo for your continued partnership!
Neighborhood LIFT
We are excited to announce two community beautification projects in partnership with Wells Fargo’s LIFT program! On August 30th, we partnered with volunteers from Wells Fargo to improve the Wilder Park in Saint Paul. Volunteers installed raised garden beds, weeded and mulched existing garden areas, and cleaned trash and litter from around the park.
Next month, we will partner with additional volunteers from Wells Fargo to make improvements at Lincoln Park in Minneapolis. Volunteers will cleanup vegetation, install a drainage path with covered walk-way in the playground equipment area, paint portions of the shelter and existing playground equipment, build picnic tables, and improve entry areas to the playground to make it more inviting.
Thank you to Wells Fargo for making a difference in our community!
Thanks To…
Honeywell Retired Volunteer Program Volunteers, who completed two ramp projects and also helped us spread the word about how seniors can get involved in our community.

Wells Fargo Continues to Give Back
We have been working with Wells Fargo and their awesome volunteers this summer to complete several home repair projects. We were thrilled to partner with them again in July on two projects.  Volunteers provided the finishing touches at the home of a Maplewood couple on July 1st. Volunteers also came together on July 12th to help long-time Frogtown residents stay in the home they have lived in for more than 60 years. The volunteers worked hard all day to install a new kitchen floor, repair a ramp, refurbish basement stairs, install a shower door, and paint to help brighten the place up. Both of these families are looking forward to being safer and more comfortable in their home for many years to come. Thanks to Wells Fargo for continuing to partner with us to help homeowners in need in our community!
