2013 Year in Review

2013 was a busy year!  We partnered with 1,176 volunteers who dedicated more than 10,000 hours of their time.  Together, we impacted more than 150 homeowners and 35,000 nonprofit center visitors. We could not do what we do without the hard work of our volunteers!  THANK YOU!

We would also like to recognize our generous sponsors and partners.  Your support enables us to stretch our resources further and help more low-income homeowners live independently in safe and healthy homes.  We received financial support from the following companies and organizations last year:

We were also fortunate to receive extensive media coverage for several of our projects.  We were thrilled to host HGTV’s Carter Oosterhouse, U.S. Congresswoman Betty McCollum, Minnesota Department of Education Commissioner Brenda Cassellius and Minnesota Housing Commissioner Mary Tingerthal at the Community Build Project we completed in May.  We also hosted local council members at projects throughout the year.

Thanks to you – our awesome supporters – we were able to help more than 150 homeowners in need remain in the homes and neighborhoods they love.  We are excited to see what 2014 will bring!
