Community Revitalization Program
Stabilizing neighborhoods. Revitalizing communities.
Our community revitalization program is not able to provide assistance to community-based properties that are damaged by flooding, or immediate clean up and repairs. Please refer to our Flood Impact Relief page for resources to support your more urgent needs.
The Community Revitalization program provides safe and welcoming spaces for communities to gather, such as community centers, schools, supportive housing facilities and outdoor community spaces.
Rebuilding Together Minnesota is proud to support the great work of the many nonprofit organizations in our community by offering facility repairs and improvements. Each nonprofit facility has different repair needs, so please call our office at 651-776-4273 to discuss your organization’s unique circumstances prior to applying.
Community Revitalization qualifications:
- Applicant must own the building for which they are applying or have a long-term lease with permission from landlord for volunteer-delivered repairs and have insurance for the property.
- Applicant must be a qualified 501(c)(3) as determined by the IRS and provide a copy of the facility’s current budget.
- Facility must be located within our service area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties).
