We want to thank Lowe’s Home Improvement for their generous commitment to Rebuilding Together affiliates across the country. These funds will allow the Rebuilding Together affiliate network to continue operations and support emergency home repairs, which help our most vulnerable neighbors shelter in place. Thank you to Lowe’s for being a long-term supporter of our work!

Nonprofit Organizations Bring Complementary Expertise to Create a Stronger, More Equitable Twin Cities
With a combined 180 years of service in the Twin Cities metro area, HandsOn Twin Cities, Rebuilding Together Twin Cities, Tree Trust, and Heart of America are experts in engaging volunteers and corporate partners in reimagining and modernizing community spaces, small businesses, and residences. HandsOn Twin Cities is a local volunteer center that inspires, equips and mobilizes people to provide hands-on impact in our communities. Rebuilding Together repairs homes, revitalizes communities, and rebuilds lives in the Twin Cities. Tree Trust transforms lives and landscapes by providing pathways to build employment skills for successful, thriving careers and by providing volunteer opportunities for greening the local community through tree planting. Heart of America renovates under-utilized spaces to create safe and welcoming environments for communities to learn and grow, transforming more than 100 spaces annually and 30 sites across the Twin Cities over the last decade.
Recognizing that we can have a greater impact by working together, we are collaborating to ensure an authentic and inclusive transformation process for Twin Cities areas affected by recent civil unrest. We welcome involvement to our collective effort from other sectors and organizations with shared values as we stand together to create a stronger, more equitable, and more inclusive Twin Cities.
