Thank You to Travelers!

Thank you to everyone who came together to make the 9th Annual Travelers LDP Charity Golf Scramble a success!  Every year, Travelers graciously puts on this golf tournament for Rebuilding Together Twin Cities. This tournament has a huge impact on our ability to serve more and more homeowners every year, transforming their lives and revitalizing neighborhoods one home at a time.

This year’s event raised $35,000 that will help ensure that our neighbors in need can live in safe and healthy homes.  Thank you to Travelers for supporting our work in the Twin Cities community!

Our Ramp Team Rocks!

As we celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we are looking back all of the amazing things our volunteers have done and the hours they have put in! Our Ramp Team, made up of retired Honeywell employees, works hard each year to restore the independence of seniors and individuals living with a disability. Since the group was formed in 2012, they have put in nearly 5,000 hours, building more than 30 ramps. The value of the time they have donated is approximately $110,000!

Check out this video about a ramp they built for a deserving homeowner.

Thanks To…

Bike and Build – The Bike & Build Team bikes across the northern United States and they stopped by Rebuilding Together Twin Cities to make some much-needed repairs at our office. A total of 36 riders helped paint the exterior of the warehouse, as well as clean and organize our ramp materials. Thank you!

Wells Fargo – We continued to partner with Wells Fargo volunteers this month, helping five homeowners in need. We are very grateful to Wells Fargo for their continued commitment to supporting our work to ensure that low-income homeowners can remain in their own homes and neighborhoods!
