This summer, the Minnesota Timberwolves will travel across the state of Minnesota to help neighborhoods take their love of basketball outdoors with the ‘New Era. New Courts.’ program, presented by U.S. Bank. The team will select three courts to be refurbished, and Rebuilding Together Twin Cities will coordinate the selected projects. The Timberwolves are asking fans to help them decide which court to improve in each market including Rochester, Moorhead and the Twin Cities. Click here to vote today!
Lowe’s Supports Critical Repairs for Two Homeowners
We recently received a grant from Lowe’s to provide critical repairs for two low-income homeowners in our community. Lowe’s is an important, long-time partner of Rebuilding Together on both a National and local level, and we are very grateful for their support of our efforts to ensure that homeowners in need in the Twin Cities have a safe and healthy place to call home!
Wells Fargo Continues to Help Homeowners in Need
This month, we continued to partner with Wells Fargo to help several homeowners in need, including Bazilla in North Minneapolis. Bazilla has limited mobility and needed her home to be modified so she can remain safely in her home. Volunteers from Wells Fargo reattached a porch that was falling away from the house and built elongated steps to improve Bazilla’s ability to come and go from her home safely.
We are very grateful to Wells Fargo for their continued commitment to supporting our work to ensure that low-income homeowners can remain in their own homes and neighborhoods!
